The next event in Summer Cup brought us an exciting race and Zsolteee's 2nd victory on the Talladega superspeedway. Besides all the tactics, the crashes played a major role during the race, since all the higher rated drivers were involved in accidents.

Qualification: no big surprises for the starting order, the first place was taken by the point leader Andras Roos, Norbi took the 2nd place with 0.005 sec short of the pole sitter, 3rd place taker was Tomi37 with 0.016 difference behind the 1st.

Full starting order

Race start: after the green flag, the race started without any troubles. For the first few laps, the two line ran side by side.

We didn't have to wait too long for our first caution, it happened at the end of the second lap, there were 12 cars involved in the big one. Adam Kun caused the accident with pushing Daniel Molnar in the corner, who spun out Ayrton in front of the whole field.

Lap 3: Norbi had to give up the race cause of internet connection problem.

 Lap 6: running order after restart: 1. Andras Roos 2. Mike 3. Tomi37 4. Zsolteee 5. David Molnar 6. Juhi 7. Bryan 8. Zolee145 9. Gerrard 10. Daniel Molnar 11. Ronny

 These drivers were in the leading group, the others fell back cause of the damaged cars.

Lap 9: Mike took the first place, Andras Roos fall back as far as 6th place.

Lap 12: Gabor Olah drove his car below the yellow line at the exit of the 4th corner and spun out. Noone was involved in the crash when he slided through the track into the wall, but he had to give up the race.

Lap 13: Some drivers went to the pit lane for fuel, hoping for a long green flag run. 

Lap 15: At the restart Adam Kun pushed Gerrard, who spun out and hit another 3 cars. Yellow flag was waved again.

Lap 22: A group of 7 drivers was able to break away from the others. Standings: 1. Mike, 2. Zsolteee, 3. Zolee145, 4. Danikosz, 5. Ronny, 6. Fundiego, 7. David Molnar 

The next 3 drivers (Andras Roos, GUGU and Bazsyy tried to catch the leading group.

Lap 24: Mike was overtaken by 5 drivers with Zsolteee on front, so he slided back to the 6th position.

Lap 27: Pepe888 went below the yellow line at the exit of the 4th corner, and when he slided back to the track, he hit Dietrich's car hard, who had to give up the race because of the accident.

Lap 28: The majority of the field went to the pit lane for fuel & tires, completing their first service during the race. Fundiego, Ronny, Mike, Eragoner, Zoletti and Akos Kun stayed on track.

Lap 30: After restart Ronny took the first place. Running order: 1. Ronny, 2. Mike, 3. Fundiego, 4. Bryan, 5. Bazsyy, 6. Adam Kun, 7. Eragoner, 8. Zsolteee, 9. Andras Roos, 10. Tomi37 11. Akos Kun, 12. Zolee145, 13. Gugu, 14. Juhi 15. Daniel Molnar, 16. David Molnar, 17. Gerrard, 18. Ayrton, 19. Zoletti, 20. Pepe888 Out of the race: Dietrich (Lap 27)  Gabor Olah (Lap 12) Norbi (Lap 3)

 Lap 34: Bryan, Bazsyy, Zsolteee and Andras Roos went to the high side, and they were able to pass the leader on the outside line.

Lap 45-46: Fundiego, Mike, Ronny, Zoletti, Akos Kun and Eragoner had to make a green flag pit stop, because they needed fuel since they didn't go to the pit lane during the previous yellow period.

Lap 53: Bryan tried to overtake Gerrard, but he went down the line on the back straight and spun out. Noone took any damage.

Lap 55: Drivers who needed fuel to make it to the end went to the pits for the last time for Sunoco race fuel, and changing tires. Standings: 1. David Molnar,  2. Fundiego, 3. Zsolteee, 4. Lap 64: At the exit of the 4th corner, Andras Roos went loose, and when he wanted to go back to his place, he hit Bazsyyy, who spun out and crashed his car. Zolee145 and Daniel Molnar were also involved.

Lap 68: After restart Zsolteee took over the 1st place again, and with his lead 9 drivers were able to break away from the field (Zsolteee, Juhi, Fundiego, Bryan, bazsyy, Gugu, Gerrard, Tomi37, Adam Kun).

In case of no cautions, it seemed that the race winner will be one of the drivers from the leading grop.

Lap 73: Everybody was waiting for the perfect moment at the front, but in this lap Ayrton at the back spun out and yellow was waved again, so the field was collected behind the pace car.

 Green White Checkered Finish: The race would have enden during yellow flag due to the late caution, but because of the green-white-checkered finish rule, some laps were added to the race distance to be able to finish the race during green flag. Zsolteee led the field for the final 2 laps. No passes were made until the very end of the race, then at the 4th corner of the last lap Juhi touched Zsolteee's rear end, which slided a bit, and 2 other drivers joined the battle immediately to the race for the crown, resulted a 4 wide race for the checkered flag. But Juhi made a little mistake, and pushed Zsolteee's car again, Juhi spun his car, and took out Bryan and Fundiego as well on the last yards. Zsolteee and Bazsyy remained on track, Bazsyy almost overtook Zsolteee at the finishing line. Another close finish in the Summer Cup, 0.035 seconds difference between the 1st and 2nd.
